Bread pudding caramel sauce

Materials:
10 slices white bread, cubed
500 ml of liquid milk
100 ml of boiled water
4 chicken eggs
100 grams of butter, melted
100 grams of sugar
   Choco chips taste, for topping pudding
   Grated Cheddar cheese, for topping pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
 
   Caramel sauce ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
400 ml of hot water
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons of water

How to prepare:
 

How to make caramel sauce:
1. Cook the sugar until melted, pour hot water
2. Stir the water and sugar until dissolved
3. Add the cornstarch that has been mixed with water to thicken the sauce
4. Cook until bubbling


How to make bread pudding:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla powder, until well blended and soft texture
2. Add milk, water and butter into the egg mixture, stirring until well blended
3. Enter a piece of bread, let that bread dough submerged
4. Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been greased
5. Sprinkle Choco chips and cheese on it
6. Preheat the oven before use. Bake the pudding in the oven at 180 degrees
7. Bake approximately 30 minutes, until cooked
