Materials:
1 whole chicken, cut into 6, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
2 lime, halved
3 tablespoons soy sauce
100 ml coconut milk
4 lime leaves
2 tablespoons oil for frying
5 pieces of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
How to prepare:
1. Puree the onion.
2. Puree the garlic.
3. Soak the chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
4. Saute onion and garlic that have been mashed together lime leaves until fragrant.
