Sate Bali blotter

Materials:
200 grams of minced meat snapper
100 grams of minced shrimp
50 grams of grated coconut rough
2 pieces of green chili, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
3 lime leaves, boned, sliced thin
1 stalk lemongrass, take the white, crushed
½ teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil for frying
2 pieces of Maggi cubes
5 stalks lemongrass, wash
 
   Ground spices:
2 large red chilies, seeded
2 cloves of garlic
5 red onions
1 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
3 point pecans, toasted
½ teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted

How to prepare:
 

1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, green chili, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, and tamarind until fragrant. Lift. Chill.
2. Mix well using a blender / food processor: meat snapper, shrimp, shredded coconut, Maggi cubes, salt, brown sugar, and stir-fry seasoning.
3. Take a little dough in hand. Glue on lemongrass. Shape like a blotter.
4. Steam for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool
5. Bake on pan fried until browned and fragrant. Remove and serve while warm.
